What we collect
When you make a reservation we collect your name, phone number, email address, number of guests, stay dates and any note you add. When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, optional email and your message. If you request an extension, we keep the new date and your note.
How we use it
We use your details to manage your reservation, confirm and receive payments, contact you about your stay, answer your messages and keep our booking records. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Deposits are paid through Paystack, a payment provider. Your card or bank details are entered on Paystack and are never stored on our website. We keep the amount, date and reference of each payment. Paystack handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third parties
We use only the essential cookie needed to keep forms and the staff area secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and blog posts may include YouTube or Vimeo videos, which load from those services when shown or played.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and payment records for as long as needed for our business and legal record keeping. Contact messages are kept until we have dealt with them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or messaging us. We will help unless we are required to keep a record by law.
Security
Access to reservations and messages is limited to our signed-in staff. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
